合肥实华管件有限责任公司是一家专业生产对焊管件的企业，主要产品有各种材质的热推无缝弯头、弯管、急弯弯管、异径管、三通、集合管、有缝弯头、翻边、管帽、法兰、承插管件、钛、镍、锆、铜、铝材等12个系列的管路配件、产品广泛运用于石化 、电力、冶金、造船、酿酒、纺织、建筑等行业。公司主导产品无缝弯头、弯管、急弯弯管的生产均采用中频感应加热推制工艺，是当今世界上制造管件的最新工艺。

　　公司始建于1992年，现坐落于国家级合肥经济技术开发区，有员工150人，其中工程技术人员36人。公司拥有Ф219、Ф325、Ф630三条中频感应加热推制生产线，三套弯管机组，两套三通机组，两套冷推机组，100吨-2000吨压力机10台套。与之配套的下料、热处理、整形、金加工、抛丸喷砂、酸洗钝化设备及齐全的工装模具。年设计加工成品管件综合能力6000吨。

　　我公司拥有完善的质量管理体系和先进齐全的检测设备。化学成分分析、直读光谱、弧线测厚、硬度测试、拉伸试验、冲击试验、着色探伤、磁粉探伤、超声波探伤、涡流探伤、射线探伤、金相组织分析、水压实验等均可在厂内进行。2000年8月通过了ISO9002：1994质量体系认证，2003年改版为ISO9001：2000。 2002年12月通过国家级安全注册认证。2008年8月取得了中华人民共和国特种设备制造许可证。公司产品的生产和管理严格按照质量手册和程序文件执行，从原材料进厂到产品出厂整个生产过程始终坚持百分百全检制度。因此我公司产品不但规格品种齐全，产品质量在国内也处于领先地位。特别是中频感应加热推制不锈钢、合金钢弯头、急弯弯管、集合管的制造技术在国内稳居前列。

　　我公司生产的管路配件，国内产品可按照GB、SH、HG、GD、SY标准组织生产。出口产品可满足美国ANSIB16.9、B16.28、B16.11，日本JISB2312、JISB2313和德国DIN2605、DIN2615、DIN2617标准质量要求。加热炉用急弯弯管，集合管符合SH3065-94和HG20545-92标准要求。

　　Shihua is a professional butt-weld pipe fittings manufacturer. It mainly produce seamless fittings as L/R and S/R elbows, reducers, tees, manifolds, stub ends, caps, flanges, and welded fittings, socket fittings, using a wide range of materials as titanium, nickel, cobalt, copper, aluminum, etc.. The products are widely used in petrochemical, electric power, metallurgical, shipbuilding, brewery, textile, construction, etc. Seamless elbows are all made by hot pushing through medium-frequency heating.

　　The company, located in China’s State Economic & Technological Development Zone, was established in 1992. It has 35 technical person, own three hot-pushing and thermal bending machines (ф219, ф325, and ф630) to produce elbows by medium-frequency heating, two sets of Tee forming machine, two sets of cold extrusion machine, ten sets of hydraulic machine of 100MT through 2000MT, and complementary equipments including cutting machine, heat treatment equipment, reforming machine, lathe, sand blast, pickling tub, and the complete clamping fixture and moulds. Its annually production is more than 6000MT.

　　The company has a complete set of strict quality control system, and advanced inspection instruments. The items of chemical contents analysis, direct-reading spectrograph, circular thickness metering, hardness test, tensile test, impact test, magnetic examination, ultrasonic examination, eddy current test, radiographic detection, metallurgical analysis, hydrostatic test can all be carried out at factory site. It acquired ISO9001 certification in Aug., 2000, and in 2002 obtained the qualification of Registered Manufacturer for Safe Production of Pressure Pipe Fittings. In Aug., 2008, it obtained the Production License for Special Equipment of P.R.China. Its production management complies strictly with quality control codes. From PMI (Positive Material Identification) to final product inspection and reception, each step in the process flow will be 100% inspected, so that its products are not only of different specifications, but of good quality and rank top among its counterparts.

　　It is especially good at stainless steel and alloy steel elbows, return bends, gas collectors backed up by its leading technical force. It can produce fittings as per Chinese codes GB, SH, HG, GD, SY, and international codes ANSI B16.9, B16.28, B16.11, JISB2312, JISB2313, DIN2605, DIN2615, DIN 2617. In recent years, it has accumulated as well the experiences in process design and making components of industry furnace (especially ethylene cracking furnace, reformer), upon the technical requirements provided by clients. Gas collector, pigtail，return bend, riser and down corner, gas mixture are becoming its kernel competitive strength.
